Return Policy

  • Praavy’s services do not end just by delivering its products. But it provides its 30 days’ return policy from when they are delivered, without any queries asked
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • Amount will be credited to your bank account after 15 days of receiving the Product back.
  • In case of discounted product, the product cannot be returned and if any type of coupons is used during the purchase the amount will credited same as the amount paid during purchase
  • We offer one-time FREE return shipping. For all the subsequent returns/exchanges, the shipping charges shall be borne by the Customer.

Return will be done in the following case

  • Genuine quality issues
  • Packages lost in transit
  • In case Praavy finds out that a wrong item has been shipped to you

No return will be given in the following case

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  • Incorrect address format
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged

Return will be processed as

  • Once you ask for returning the product, the returned product will only be accepted after it is reviewed by our quality assurance department, then after the further process will be carried on
  • The return amount will be credited to your Praavy account in 15 working days after receiving the product back
  • If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us on customer care number (9512925925). Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 7 days of receipt of your order

    • Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • General Rules for a successful Return:
    • No return request shall be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • For any products for which a return is to be given, the return will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
    • If Product delivered is as per the product’s description, the return may be accepted at the discretion of the seller.
    • Pick up of the product cannot be requested for any address other than from delivery address.
    • Exchanges (if applicable)
    • Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
    • The request for exchanges for a product with different size can be done within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us with your order ID and the customer service will be more than happy to help you
    • In case with exchange of products if the style or the pattern needs to be changed than the amount will not but returned but instead will be deposited in your Praavy account
    • Products purchased using credit Praavy amount cannot be exchanged.
    The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under these terms:
    • Items that have been reworked by third party jeweler, customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product, washed or worn
    • Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
    • Any jewelry without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
    Order Cancellation
      • The cancellation of an order can be done only if the order is not dispatched.
      • Cancellation charges will depend upon the shipping partner.
      • The process of order is quickly started so it is not possible always to cancel the order after it is placed.
      • The dispatched order which will be requested for cancelation will be treated in accordance with our return policy.
    Cancellation before product has shipped:
      • If you cancel your order before your jewelry has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
      • Cancellation after product has shipped:
      • If your jewelry has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.
      • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement if it is defective or has
      • incorrect size. See Exchange and Refund Policy for further details.
    Eligible Products

    All the products except the products that falls in the below mentioned category shall be eligible for return or replacement:

      • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
      • Any product that has been worn.
      • Any product not in its original condition.
      • Any product that is returned without its original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
      • Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
      • Conditions for acceptance

    The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the below mentioned conditions are not met. The conditions that must be satisfied for acceptance of return of product at the time of pick of product by our field executive are:

    Correct Products:
    • Complete Product:

      Customer should present the invoice which should be clearly visible along with the

    • Unused Product:

      All in-the-box accessories (like patches, ring, starter kits, instruction manuals, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

    • Undamaged Product and its accessories:

      The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

    • Undamaged Packaging:

      The product (including its accessories etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

    • Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
